Pros The property is located very near to the mall road in a rather peaceful stretch of camel's back road. The view from the Mountain view rooms are incredible we were able to see all the views like cloudy rainy morning views, sunny and foggy and all of them were amazing. The staff is very good specially the one in caffeteria and shuttle they give their best to keep you comfortable. The property offers pick and drop shuttles upto dropping point on mall road, however one needs to wait a bit for their turn. Those who love walking can easily cover the distance in 7-8 minutes. I along my wife and kid were able to cover it in walking a couple of times. Only feedback for improvement is the little wear and tear which one can see all around the property. It should be taken care to make this place the best. Else I personally enjoyed my stay with family here!

It's a centrally located hotel which is very closed to Mall Road. It's at the camel back road and very peaceful. Staff is qualified and supportive in all aspects. Country has recently acquired this hotel and built a new block of rooms (club rooms) with balcony (spacious) which includes breakfast, dinner, Hi-tea, beers and many more.... another best part is their second restaurant which is on the terrace, it's under construction but coming up very nicely. Hotel also provide pickup/drop off to and from Mall road. Food is also very good. Kudos to the entire team. What else a leisure tourist can ask for 😊
